tja den diesjährigen OGP Nürburgring muss man wohl mit gemischten gefühlen abspeichern, da zum ersten dieses Jahr tatsächlich wenig Teilnehmer ihren Weg in die Eifel gefunden haben. Und zum zweiten, wäre es auch nicht gelogen, wenn man behauptet, die Veranstaltung wäre im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes abgesoffen ... Beim Marathon am Freitag musste Aufgrund der starken Regenfälle und der dazugehörigen Unfälle, das Rennen auf der Nordschleife sogar für eine Stunde unterbrochen werden. Zum Glück blieben aber ernsthafte Personenschäden über das gesamte Wochenende aus. Einer der Höhepunkte war wiedermals das Stundenrennen am Samstagabend, bis in die Nacht hinen gab es wieder super coole GT's bis Baujahr 1961 zu bewundern,  Da keiner von uns das Wetter beeinflussen kann und das mit dem Wetter in der Eifel auch so eine Sache für sich ist, hoffen wir, dass es nächstes Jahr besser wird ...

well probalby we've to save this years OGP Nürburgring with many different and mixed feelings, so there was a general less participation of racers in conrtast to the past years. It wouldn't be a lie, if I say, this edition of the OGP got tough flooded ... Even the marathon at the Nordschleife got break off for one hour, because of the crazy rain and some heavy accidents throuh the wetness. Fortunately there wasn't any serious personal injurys during the whole weekend. Another highlight was the one hour race for many super cool GT's up to 1961, once again they drove into the nightlight at saturday evening, such a great atmosphere ! Well there's nobody, who could influence the weather at anyway, especially not the Eifel weather. So there might just be the hope for proper weather at the next years event ...

weil nach dem Rennen vor dem Rennen ist, so muss der Rest ja aus dem Warten auf das Rennen bestehen ...
Aber bis zum 42. AVD Oldtimer Grand Prix auf dem Nürburgring ist es, Gott sei dank, nicht mehr lange hin ! Ab dem 08.08.2014 hat das warten ein Ende ! Wir sehen uns, bis dahin weiter warten ...


because after the race is before the race, so all the rest time must indeed consist of waiting for the race ... But, thank god, it doesn't take long up to the 42nd AVD Oldtimer Grand Prix at the Nürburgring ! The waiting will end at the 08.08.2014 ! So guys, see you there, keep on waiting ...

letztes Jahr hatten wir die Möglichkeit in unserem lokalen Steinbruch ein paar nette Shootings aufzunehmen, ohne Angst vor Dreck und Steinschlägen, nahmen wir die Challange direkt an ! Mein guter Kumpel Daniel Polle, der alle unsere bewegenden Aufnahmen zu einem Gesammten fummelt, brautche mal wieder etwas Platz auf der Festplatte seines Ataris und hat mal die Aufnahmen in diesen coolen heckmotorsportwagen Teaser 2014 aneinandergereiht ...

 in the last year we had the possibility to have a few rad shootings at our local quarry, of course we wasn't affraid of dust and stone bashes and accept that challange ! My close buddy Daniel Polle, which fumble all our moving pictures into considerable films, was needing more disk space on his Atari, finally he strung it all together in this cool heckmotorsportwagen Teaser 2014 ... enjoy watching !

Dieses Bild stammt aus der aktuellen Ausgabe des deutschen Drivestyle-Magazins ''Träume Wagen''. Leider gibt es zur Zeit noch nichts genaueres, aber ich denke mal, da wird noch was cooles auf uns zu rollen !

Unfortunately, there is currently nothing more accurate, but I guess there is something cool to roll on us !

I'm one like you

wie ihr mit sicherheit schon bemerkt habt, ist es hier gerade etwas ruhiger geworden. Das liegt aber nicht an mangelnder intersse, ganz im gegenteil, ich bin einer von euch und mache mir die Hände schmutzig. Momentan verbringe ich jede freie Minute am eigenen hotrod Projekt. Also bleibt dran !

as you have already noticed, it has been here just a little quieter at heckmotorsportwagen. It's not that I have no interest, quite the contrary, I'm one of you, and make my hands dirty. Currently I am spending every free minute on my own hotrod project. So stay tuned!

dieser Satz beschreibt wohl am besten das Gefühl, welches ich auf der diesjährigen Techno Classica empfunden habe. Zwischen all den Preisschildern ohne Preis, standen andere Schilder mit astronomisch hohen Preisen. Aber den Stuhl unterm Hintern weggezogen haben mir nur diese, auf denen Verkauft stand. Und das waren verdächtig viele, dafür das Ich die Messe bereits am Mittwoch zum Presse- und Fachbesuchertag sowie zum Donnerstag zum ersten Besuchertag aufgesucht habe.

Da Porsche 911 der ersten beiden Baureihen noch immer mehr gefragt sind als rare 356 Modelle, bewegen diese sich anhaltend auf einem stätig steigendem Höhenflug. Da die Nachfrage nach heckmotorsportwagen allgemein so groß ist, werden sogar alle Modelle bis hin zum 993 verkauft wie geschnitten Brot. Bereits am Mitwoch Abend wurde gemunkelt, dass ein 64er 911 für über 400.000€ verkauft wurde.

Aber nun genug von Preisen, die uns Angst machen müssen unsere Spielzeuge zu bewegen, natürlich habe ich wieder jede Menge interessante Leute getroffen und kennengelernt. Magnus Walker zum Beispiel lud, zur Autogrammstunde beim Porsche Classic Stand ein. Natürlich schüttelte ich auch Matthias Höing, dem Überflieger der deutschen Porsche hotrod Scene ernueut die Hand. Wolfgang Blaube verfasste über ihn in der aktuellen Ausgabe des Porsche Klassik Magazins Nr.5 einen spitzenmäßigen Artikel, welcher keine Frage unbeantwortet lässt, aber beim genauen betrachten der Bilder jedoch die Frage aufwirft, ob er laut Aussage von Magnus, Mitglied einer Boy-Group wäre...

Nun gut fassen wir zusammen, die Techno Classica im herzen des Ruhrgebietes bleibt nach wie vor eine Pflichtveranstaltung in unserem Terminkalender. Nicht zur zum aktuallisieren unserer Preislisten, die Messe bleibt weitehin wegweisend für neue Trends und Entwicklungen in unserer Scene.

this sentence would describes the feeling which I felt at this year's Techno Classica . Between all the price signs without any prices, were other signs with astronomically high prices. But I was really shocked, how much cars were already Sold. And that was suspect, cause I have visited the fair on Wednesday to press and trade day and Thursday for the first visitors day. 

the 911's of the first two series are still more demand  than rare 356 models , this move is sustained on a restive increasing altitude level. As the demand for heckmotorsportwagen is in general pretty high, that all the models even up to 993 sold like hot cakes . Already on wednesday evening was rumored that a '64 911 was sold for  over 400,000 € .



But enough of prices that must make us afraid to move our toys , of course, I met lots of interesting people and got to know some, too . Magnus Walker , for example , invited to autograph session at the Porsche Classic booth. Of course, I also shook Matthias Hoeing hand, the newcomer of the German Porsche hotrod scene. Wolfgang Blaube wrote an real intrst article about him in the latest issue of Classic Porsche magazine No.5, which leaves no question unanswered, but however when you look at that pictures, the question raises of whether he would be a member of a Boy-Group, was the statement by Magnus...

Well we summarize, the Techno Classica in the heart of the Ruhr-Area continues to be a must attend event in our calendars . Not only to update our price lists, the fair remains weitehin pioneering new trends and developments in our scene.
